Problems buying tickets for RuedX Scandinavia 2026 on Unioo?
Do you experience the spinning wheel of death?
It has come to our attention that entering a non-Danish phone number might result in that problem!
If you haven’t tried to buy the ticket yet and when you do, LEAVE THE PHONE FIELD BLANK!
Or do you get a “ User already exists” error?
(in Danish: “Der findes allerede en burger med den email”)
You can also type in your password (Indtast din adgangskode) and log in directly from here!
Solution
(or at least a possible solution that worked for some fellow Ruedfugees!)
Go to https://rueda-social.unioo.info/login and log in using the email address and password you previously used when trying to buy the ticket. Click the green Log ind button as shown below.

When logged in type 55556610 as your phone number (select DK (+45) as country code (in Danish Landekode)) and click on the green Gem button to save the information. (The number is Unioo’s number, which is OK with them!!!)
Now click on Events and buy the tickets.
Be sure to write someting (like Hi there!) in the Comments field (In danish: Skriv kommentar her).
Also be sure to flip the Accepter betingelser switch (Accept terms)
Forgot your password?
Go to https://rueda-social.unioo.info/forgot-password type in the email address you previously used when trying to buy the ticket. Click the green Send link til nulstilling button as shown below.

You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Now try to log in following the directions above.
